Press Note Regarding Status of Distribution and Digitisation of Enumeration Forms during the Ongoing Enumeration Phase of Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026 in Bishnupur District.

      In pursuance of the instructions issued by the Election Commission of India, this Office hereby releases the current progressive status of the Enumeration Phase for the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls, 2026, which commenced on the 30th of May, 2026. As of 6:00 PM today, the progressive Distribution of pre-filled Enumeration Forms (EFs) to electors of Bishnupur District stands at 99.98%, while the Digitisation of these distributed forms via the BLOs, the official web portal, and the mobile application stands at 94.80%. The Enumeration Phase ends on 28th June, 2026 as per the schedule released by the Election Commission of India for the ongoing SIR.

Notice on Rationalisation of Polling Stations under Special Intensive Revision

      In pursuance of letter No.e-Roll-101/6/2025-ELEC-ED from CEO, Manipur, dated 14.05.2026 and Commission letter No.23/2025-ERS (Vol.II) dated 14th May, 2026 on Rationalisation of Polling Stations under Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026 w.r.t. 1.7.2026 as qualifying date, read with Chapter-3, para 3.2 of Manual on Polling Stations (October 2020, Edition-2), it is notified for information to all concerned/ Political Parties functioning in Bishnupur District that the draft list of all Polling Stations for all 6 (six) Assembly Constituencies of Bishnupur District viz. 24-Nambol, 25-Oinam, 26-Bishenpur, 27-Moirang, 28-Thanga, 29-Kumbi is published and available at the Office of the concerned Electoral Registration Officers of Bishnupur District

She joined the Indian Administrative Service in 2018. She served as SDO Lamphel , SDO Porompat and Director Tourism before taking charge as Deputy Commissioner, Bishnupur.
