How to Enroll

You can apply online or offline by visiting the Voter Registration and Facilitation Centre in the office.
For Offline application, please follow the following guidelines:
Step 1: Ready your documents:
          Color photo graph: without glasses, without head coverings, straight Face with white background.
          Age proof Certificate.
          Resident proof certificate.
Step 2: Bring the above documents to the Voter Registration and Facilitation center at and get a Form 6 and submit the filled-up form along with phone number.
Step 3: Turn Up for hearing if you receive call up for hearing date at the designated location.

For Online application:
Step 1: Please scan and keep ready your documents as listed in the Step 1 for Offline application.
Step 2: Log in to www.nvsp.in
Step 3: Click the Apply new registration tab
Step 7: Please choose Form 6 and Start to fill up the necessary fields.
Step 8: Please use a single dot (.) in the fields of regional language if you are not familiar with the script of the regional language.
Step 9: Press the submit button after the complete fill up of the form.
